About this role
- Identify and maintain a pipe line of potential partnerships through market visit / research.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams, consultant, and potential partner.
- Assess potential of the partner in terms of market position, scalability, and cultural alignment.
- Analyse financial statements, business models, and working capital requirements.
- Identify potential risks and deal breakers.
- Support valuation exercises using appropriate methodology.
- Help in completing the transaction process to onboard a potential partner
