Manager - Technical (Security/ CCTV)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the technical aspects of security system projects, specifically CCTV systems.
• Lead and supervise a team of technicians and engineers in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV systems.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their security requirements and provide customized solutions.
• Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine optimal locations for CCTV cameras and equipment.
• Design and develop CCTV system architectures and infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in the implementation of security systems.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
• With 6 or more years working experience in the Security Industry.
• Prior experience in handling at least 5 or more engineers.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
