Join us as a Market Research Intern from July 2026 to December 2026, and lead the change in shaping the future of our dynamic payment vision. Bring your analytical power, strategic vision, innovative thinking, and proven experience in market strategy to elevate our market presence and make the EPI adventure a reality.
🐝 About the team
You’ll be part of our Members Development and Strategy department. During this experience, you will work closely with our Market Intelligence and Innovation Lead, who has extensive experience in the payment industry. Furthermore, you will support and collaborate with other departments such as Marketing, Product and Engineering, Risk, etc..
💥 Your impact
Gather relevant market insights to ensure a strong understanding of global trends and competitor moves in payments, but also related activities (e-ID, wallets, merchants services, etc.)
Monitor evolutions in usage and habits, as well as relevant technological and UX innovations
Maintain competitive intelligence database up to date (competitors factsheets and benchmarks)
Support the weekly internal reporting market & competition news
Support building of webinars and presentation material for internal & external purposes
🕵 To succeed, you should meet at least 70% of these requirements
You are in the final year of university or business school
A previous internship in financial services (Fintech or Payments) would be a plus
Fluent in English (CEFR C1 or C2) is mandatory; French, German or Dutch or any additional European languages is a plus
Strong presentation skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experienced with Microsoft 365 in particular Excel and Powerpoint
Ability to structure ideas but to also being innovative
