What you'll do
- Support the creation, adaptation and scheduling of content for social media, newsletters and the PAUL Greece website.
- Assist in maintaining the annual and monthly content calendar.
- Prepare copy and briefs for posts, campaigns, newsletters and other communication material in Greek and English.
- Support the execution of digital and offline marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency with PAUL brand guidelines.
- Monitor social media and campaign performance and assist in preparing regular reports.
- Follow food, hospitality, lifestyle and digital trends and contribute fresh ideas for seasonal campaigns and activations.
- Support the coordination of photoshoots, video content and other creative productions.

- Conduct regular store visits to ensure correct implementation of campaigns and marketing standards.
- Support photoshoots, events, product launches and promotional activities.
- Work closely with Store Managers and operational teams to ensure consistent execution of marketing initiatives across the PAUL network.
- Support the continued development of PAUL Catering, including presentations, sales material and communication tools.

- 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing or content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and good visual awareness.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and current digital/content trends.
- Proactive, positive and collaborative attitude.
- Genuine interest in food, hospitality, lifestyle and brand marketing.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Canva is highly desirable.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite will be considered an advantage.

As PAUL Greece continues to grow, combining its authentic French heritage with modern café, restaurant and retail experiences, we are looking for a Marketing & Content Assistant to join our Marketing Department in Athens.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will support the day-to-day implementation of PAUL Greece's marketing, communication, digital content and business development activities.
This is a hands-on role combining digital marketing, content creation, in-store activation and project coordination, offering exposure to multiple areas of an internationally recognized hospitality and lifestyle brand.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Digital Communication

- Support the preparation of presentations and commercial material for potential partners and clients.
- Assist with updates to the PAUL website and e-shop.
- Coordinate with external designers, agencies, photographers, developers and other partners.
Marketing Coordination
- Support the Marketing Manager in the day-to-day organization of projects and campaigns.
- Maintain clear project timelines, action lists and deadlines.
- Monitor marketing materials and basic project budgets.
- Follow up with suppliers and external partners to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain an organized archive of marketing assets, photography, presentations and communication material.
Requirements
Candidate Profile
