Jade Global is looking for a senior B2B Tech Marketing Content Specialist to join our Pune team.
In this role, you will lead content strategy across service lines, define positioning frameworks, create scalable templates, and manage a team of writers and contributors. You will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, Service Line Heads, Demand Generation, and Sales teams to build content that strengthens Jade Global’s market positioning and supports revenue growth.


What You’ll Do:
1. Strategic Content Planning
Develop and own content strategies aligned with business objectives and pipeline targets.
Create quarterly and annual content roadmaps across service lines.
Build and maintain positioning documents, messaging frameworks, and narrative structures for key solutions and industries.
Design scalable content templates for case studies, whitepapers, blogs, POVs, pitch decks, and campaign assets to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Align content to buyer journey stages (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU) and support demand generation and ABM initiatives while maintaining a strong, unified brand voice.


2. Repurpose & Innovate
Leverage the existing content library to create new formats and campaign-ready assets.
Drive structured SEO strategy and competitive content analysis to identify white-space opportunities.
Repurpose webinars, events, customer stories, and sales materials into multi-format content including blogs, carousels, nurture emails, landing pages, and video scripts.
Lead the responsible use of AI tools for research, drafting, optimization, and scaling content production while maintaining editorial quality and originality.


3. Net-New Content Creation
Develop original thought leadership content through structured SME interviews, industry research, and market insights.
Produce enterprise-grade gated and ungated assets that strengthen Jade Global’s credibility across Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, and industry solutions.
Own and manage the master editorial calendar across service lines.
Collaborate with design and video teams to enhance storytelling quality and visual standards.


4. Marketing Campaigns & Storytelling
Support service line-based marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and brand positioning.
Translate Jade Global’s value proposition and services portfolio into clear, differentiated messaging.
Contribute to email campaigns, newsletters, executive communications, employee advocacy programs, and video scripts.
Partner with demand generation teams to ensure campaign assets align with conversion goals and pipeline acceleration.


5. Content Execution, Project & Team Management
Oversee end-to-end content execution across digital platforms.
Manage timelines, workflows, and stakeholder coordination across marketing and service line teams.
Lead and mentor internal writers or external contributors, ensuring quality control and brand consistency.
Establish content production processes, review standards, and approval workflows to improve efficiency and output quality.


6. Data-Driven Insights & AI Enablement
Track and analyze performance across website, campaigns, and social platforms.
Translate insights into actionable improvements for engagement, conversion, and SEO performance.
Apply prompt engineering, AI-assisted research, and LLM-driven content workflows to scale production while maintaining strategic oversight.
Continuously refine content based on analytics, search trends, and buyer behavior.


What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in B2B Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B tech or software services content strategy and development, with demonstrated ownership of enterprise-level initiatives.
Proven experience building positioning documents, messaging frameworks, and content templates.
Experience managing writers, agencies, or cross-functional contributors.
Strong portfolio showcasing enterprise case studies, whitepapers, long-form thought leadership, and campaign assets.
Proficiency in SEO tools, CMS platforms, marketing automation systems, and AI-enabled content workflows.
Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex technology solutions into business-focused narratives.
Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple service lines and priorities.
Adaptability, ownership mindset, and comfort operating in a performance-driven marketing environment.
