Für den Standort Berlin oder München suchen wir ab sofort eine/n Marketing Coordinator Community Engagement (all genders) für das VML Marketing Coordinator Program im Microsoft-Umfeld.
Das erwartet dich:
- Du erstellst und kuratierst organischen Social-Media-Content, der perfekt auf Microsofts Content-Strategie, regionale Prioritäten und kulturelle Trends abgestimmt ist.
- Du steuerst die Redaktionsplanung und das Veröffentlichen von Content in Sprinklr inklusive präzisem Tagging und stellst die Einhaltung aller Compliance-, Sicherheits- und Barrierefreiheitsstandards sicher.
- Du betreust die Community auf den RSCC-Kanälen, beantwortest Kommentare sowie Direktnachrichten, beobachtest die Stimmung und denkst bei potenziellen Krisen vorausschauend mit.
- Du fungierst als erster Ansprechpartner für lokale Stakeholder (Field CMO, IMMs, PR), berätst zu Social-Plattformen, Tools sowie Best Practices und steuerst ad-hoc Anfragen.
- Du prüfst, verfeinerst und lokalisierst regionale und globale Social-Media-Inhalte (über Tools wie Phrase und AdaptStudio/XTM) für maximale Relevanz im lokalen Markt.
- Du unterstützt das Management und die Pflege unseres EMEA-Social-Ecosystems (inkl. Audits und Channel-Konsolidierungen) sowie den Ausbau von Employee-Advocacy-Programmen.
- Du entwickelst Social-Media-Konzepte für Events, erstellst und veröffentlichst Event-Content, leistest Live-Support vor Ort (u. a. auf LinkedIn) und erhebst Daten für Post-Event-Reportings.
- Du identifizierst und verbindest dich mit relevanten lokalen Creators und Influencern und teilst Best Practices sowie Erfolgsgeschichten im gesamten RSCC-Netzwerk.
Was du mitbringen solltest:
- Du bringst Leidenschaft für Social Media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube u. a.) und ein Gespür für Zielgruppen und Trends mit.
- Du verfügst über mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Social-Media-Bereich, davon mindestens 1 Jahr mit Fokus auf Content-Erstellung und/oder Community Engagement.
- Du besitzt Anwenderkenntnisse im Umgang mit Sprinklr (oder vergleichbaren Publishing-Tools).
- Du zeichnest dich durch grundlegende Projektmanagement-Skills aus, übernimmst Verantwortung für Veröffentlichungen und behältst auch bei parallelen Tasks und engen Deadlines den Überblick.
- Du hast eine hohe Compliance-Orientierung bzgl. Markenrichtlinien, Datenschutz und Governance.
- Du bist kommunikationsstark, arbeitest gerne im Team mit multikulturellen Partnern und trittst gegenüber Kunden und Stakeholdern sicher auf.
- Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind essenziell.
