JOB MISSION:

Own and lead all aspects of marketing strategy, planning, and execution to engage New Balance consumers in partnership with priority Run Specialty accounts, including Fleet Feet, Road Runner Sports, Running Warehouse, Marathon Sports, and other strategic retail partners. Develop and deliver integrated marketing programs that drive meaningful consumer connections, elevate brand presence, and support business growth across digital, in-store, and community touchpoints within each retailer's ecosystem.

Boston, MA Headquarters - (NB) Only Pay Range: $122,100.00 - $157,500.00 - $192,900.00 Annual (actual base pay varying based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, internal equity, geographic location, and more.)

Flexible Work Schedule
