What you'll do

  • Manages marketing planning and communications calendars to balance priorities, align timing, and coordinate delivery across channels and stakeholders.
  • Creates, manages, and publishes multi-channel marketing content—including digital, email, social, web, and print—that reflects brand strategy, supports program goals, and drives audience engagement.
  • Partners with Sales and other cross-functional business stakeholders to understand needs, identify content gaps, and deliver marketing support that advances business and sales priorities.
  • Leads campaign and content production, determining appropriate formats, timelines, stakeholders, and execution approaches to meet objectives.
  • Supports marketing technology, project management, content management, and review/approval processes to enable consistent, efficient, and scalable execution.
  • Collects, monitors, and analyzes marketing performance information—including campaign effectiveness, content engagement, lead activity, conversion indicators, and sales enablement outcomes—to provide actionable insights and support continuous improvement.
  • Prepares and presents marketing updates, insights, recommendations, and campaign highlights to business partners, sales teams, and leadership audiences.
  • Oversees fulfillment, vendor, budget, and operational processes as appropriate, identifying improvements and resolving issues that affect delivery, quality, or the client/stakeholder experience.
  • Evaluates and prioritizes incoming marketing requests, applying sound judgment to balance competing needs and recommend practical solutions.
  • Advocates for corporate and program brands by ensuring marketing materials are accurate, audience-appropriate, aligned with brand standards, and ready for internal or external use.
  • Documents workflows, develops reference materials, and supports process improvements that increase consistency, scalability, onboarding, and knowledge sharing.
  • Assists with other marketing initiatives, business priorities, and special projects as assigned.

Section 1: Position Summary

The Marketing Specialist supports the execution, optimization, and measurement of marketing programs that advance business priorities, strengthen brand presence, and drive audience engagement.
