  • Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, paid digital, organic social, web, and events) against briefs and timelines set by the Senior Manager, Brand & Marketing, ensuring on-time, on-brand delivery.
  • Build, schedule, and manage email marketing programs — including the monthly provider/referral newsletter, lifecycle and nurture sequences, and campaign-specific email pushes — optimizing for open rate, click-through, and conversion.
  • Support day-to-day marketing operations, including CRM and marketing automation platform administration (e.g., HubSpot), list management, and basic segmentation.
  • Maintain the marketing calendar, coordinating timelines and dependencies across campaigns, channels, and stakeholders so nothing launches late or off-brand.
  • Own and maintain the marketing calendar, keeping timelines and cross-functional dependencies visible and up to date.
  • Ensure accurate tracking, tagging, and attribution across email, paid, and organic touchpoints (calls, forms, campaigns).

  • Support marketing's project intake process, helping triage and route marketing requests from Outreach, Intake, People and Clinical teams.

  • Experience with building, scheduling, and managing email marketing programs
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field

  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and follow-through on multiple concurrent tasks
  • Clear written communication skills and comfort presenting simple performance summaries to a manager
  • A demonstrated track record of taking initiative — improving a process, proposing an idea, or picking up a project beyond what was asked, in a prior role, internship, or school setting
  • Comfort with light design tools (e.g., Canva) and basic web content management systems
  • Eager to learn campaign strategy and operations from close collaboration with senior marketing leadership, with the ambition to grow into a manager-level

Title: Marketing Specialist, Campaigns & Operations

Reports to: Director, Marketing

Department/Location: Remote

FLSA Status: Exempt

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:00pm

*Open to accepting candidates in anytime time zone, though, must reside in the United States.

Summary

We're seeking a Marketing Specialist, Campaigns & Marketing Operations to keep Guidelight's marketing engine running smoothly and on time. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this individual will own the execution layer of Guidelight's marketing programs — campaign project management, email marketing, and day-to-day marketing operations — so that strategy translates reliably into on-time, on-brand, well-tracked campaigns. This role is highly cross-functional and detail-driven, with clear accountability to delivery timelines, email performance, and operational accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor campaign performance (opens, clicks, conversions) and flag trends or ideas for improvement to the Senior Manager.
  • Support email deliverability and list hygiene practices, and help ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM and opt-in/opt-out requirements.
  • Help maintain templates, checklists, and documentation for marketing operations processes.
  • Support marketing's project intake process, helping triage and route marketing requests from Outreach, Intake, People and Clinical teams.
  • Assist with website content updates and landing page builds tied to active campaigns.
  • Bring forward ideas for new campaigns, process improvements, or content — this role is expected to contribute perspective, not just execute.
  • Other reasonable job duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related coordination/operations role (required); healthcare or mission-driven organization experience a plus, not required.
  • Experience with building, scheduling, and managing email marketing programs
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Some hands-on exposure to a marketing automation/CRM platform (i.e. HubSpot) — building campaigns, sending emails, or working with contact lists.
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and follow-through on multiple concurrent tasks.
  • Clear written communication skills and comfort presenting simple performance summaries to a manager.
  • A demonstrated track record of taking initiative — improving a process, proposing an idea, or picking up a project beyond what was asked, in a prior role, internship, or school setting.
  • Comfort with light design tools (e.g., Canva) and basic web content management systems.
  • Eager to learn campaign strategy and operations from close collaboration with senior marketing leadership, with the ambition to grow into a manager-level
