- Creates, writes, edits, and delivers clear and compelling content, messaging, and communications while following Cummins brand and style guidelines.
- Simplifies complex business and technical information into engaging, audience-focused messages.
- Manages and supports marketing budgets, financials, and vendor-related expenses.
- Plans and executes internal and external events and marketing activities.
- Develops and delivers presentations and functional training to support stakeholders and business needs.
- Collects, analyzes, and leverages metrics, data, and analytics to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stays current on digital tools, emerging trends, communication channels, and marketing best practices.
- Leads additional marketing and product marketing activities as needed to support evolving business priorities and the unique needs of the business.

- Experience with graphic design and visual communications, with the ability to develop engaging content across multiple communication channels.
- Client or account management experience, with strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with marketing systems, digital platforms, or account management tools; experience supporting system integration is a plus.
- Experience with Six Sigma, Value Stream Transformation, or continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
- Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively.

We are looking for a talented Marketing Specialist - Senior to join our team specializing in Marketing for our Cummins Drivetrain and Braking Systems Business Unit , located in General Escobedo, Nuevo León.
Location: Carr. a Colombia S/N-KM 6, Sin Nombre, 66050 Cdad. Gral. Escobedo, N.L.
Work Modality: 3 days on site, 2 days home
