What you'll do
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules that meet operational requirements and support the timely manufacturing and delivery of products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect the information needed for accurate and effective scheduling.
- Monitor production performance against the schedule and update plans to reflect changes, delays, and operational requirements.
- Analyze scheduling data and prepare reports to support management decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the allocation of labor, materials, and other resources to optimize productivity and meet production schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with manufacturing teams to maintain schedules that support optimal stock levels.
- Identify scheduling conflicts and implement effective solutions to minimize disruptions to production workflows.
