MECCA Chadstone - Operations Specialist

And now, we're building something special at Chadstone – our existing MECCA Chadstone stores are coming together into one extraordinary new destination, and we’re looking for the team to help bring it to life. 

MECCA Chadstone will be our most significant opening since MECCA Bourke Street. It’s a 2,000 sqm destination bringing the very best of beauty, wellness and expertise into a single immersive space. Think MECCA Perfumeria with Scentsorium, MECCA Aesthetica with clinical treatments and skin consultations, MECCA Apothecary, Josh Wood Hair salon, plus more than 200 brands and over 50 services.

Step into the world of MECCA Chadstone as an Operations Specialist, where you'll champion exceptional customer service by ensuring our stock is flawlessly presented and support our operations manager in delivering MECCA’s innovative initiatives. With your keen eye for detail and passion for our brand, you'll drive operational excellence, maintain a vibrant store environment, and foster a culture of health and safety. 

Day-to-day responsibilities:  

As an  Operations Specialist, you will work on full-time and part-time basis. This may include late night and weekend peak trade. 

• Assist and support the store to deliver exceptional customer service by making sure stock is well replenished and presented at the highest standard. 

• Support the management team in the delivery of MECCA’s customer service initiatives and setting areas of focus.

• Complete daily stock maintenance and all cyclical stock management processes. 

• Contribute to the overall store performance by identifying and driving operational activities.     

What you’ll bring to this role: 

• Proven experience in managing high volumes of stock efficiently. 

• Exceptional attention to detail, excellent multitasking skills, and proficient in time management. 

• A thorough understanding and passion for our brands and products. 

• Experience in cultivating a safe and hazard-free environment
