The Opportunity

Designer Group is seeking an experienced Mechanical Quality Manager to lead mechanical quality performance across our Building Services Business Unit.

This is a senior Business Unit role supporting multiple mechanical and M&E projects, with responsibility for driving consistent quality standards, reducing defects and rework, supporting project teams, and ensuring installations meet client, technical and Designer Group requirements.

You will work closely with Business Unit leadership, Project Managers, Construction, Engineering, Commissioning and project-based QA/QC teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Building Services Business Unit mechanical quality strategy.
  • Provide direction and support to project-based Mechanical QA/QC teams.
  • Ensure consistent mechanical quality standards across all projects.
  • Monitor performance through audits, inspections, KPIs and project reviews.
