What you'll do

  • Provide leadership and management of MEP teams across multiple projects within the region.
  • Drive the successful delivery of MEP packages from pre-construction through commissioning and handover.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
  • Support project teams in developing and implementing construction, procurement and commissioning strategies.
  • Review and challenge designs to improve buildability, cost efficiency, programme certainty and operational performance.
  • Monitor regional project performance against key programme, safety, quality and commercial objectives.
  • Work closely with Project Directors and senior management to identify project risks and implement mitigation measures.
  • Ensure consistency in MEP delivery standards, processes and reporting across all projects.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to Project Managers, MEP Leads and Engineering teams.
  • Oversee procurement activities and ensure timely release of MEP packages and long-lead equipment.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement and innovation across the region.

  • Strong knowledge of scheduling, programming and project sequencing.

We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking a Regional MEP Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, programme performance and commercial delivery are achieved across all projects. This role will involve travel across the different projects within a particular region.
