Job Summary We are seeking a mid-level Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Engineer with strong experience in Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service Hub, along with hands-on expertise in the Power Platform. The ideal candidate will be proficient in customization, configuration, and development using C# and .NET, and capable of delivering scalable CRM solutions aligned with business needs. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales & Customer Service Hub) Customize and configure CRM entities, forms, views, business rules, and workflows Develop plugins, custom workflows, and integrations using C# and .NET Build and extend solutions using Power Platform components: Power Apps (Model-driven apps) Power Pages Power Automate Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems and APIs Participate in solution design discussions and provide technical recommendations Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize CRM applications Support deployment activities and manage solutions across environments Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions Required Skills & Qualifications 4–7 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Strong experience with: Dynamics 365 Sales Customer Service Hub Proficiency in: C#, .NET, and plugin development Web services, APIs, and integrations Hands-on experience with Power Platform: Power Apps Power Automate Power Pages Experience with Dataverse and CRM data modeling Knowledge of solution management and deployment best practices Familiarity with JavaScript and HTML for CRM form customization Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Nice to Have Experience with HubSpot CRM Exposure to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (FnO) Knowledge of Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus) Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps) Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-200, PL-400, MB-210, MB-230)
