We are looking for a part-time Training & Development Coordinator to join our JD Outdoor site in Middlewich. You'll be responsible for delivering first-class inductions and coordinating operational training to new and existing colleagues, ensuring all legal and operational training requirements are met while promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.

 

This is a part-time, permanent role, and working 22.5 hours, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 09:00 to 17:00. Flexibility is required with this role.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £19,000.00 per annum and 17 days annual leave (including bank holidays).
