1.及時分析與改善產品生產問題, 進而提升良率
2.推動產品開發初期DFM Review, 確保產品設計以符合WNC生產需求
3.制定&執行機種生產流程及流程簡化, 優化&標準化, ��及工作流程持續改善, 進而達到製程穩定
4.透過團隊溝通合作, 找出最佳方案
5.培育團隊人才, 帶領團隊朝向設定目標前進, 取得最佳成果
6.具備外語(英)能力/能獨力面對客戶
