Job Description

1.EPR相關進度追蹤,DFM問題點收集提報追蹤,確保新產品能順利進入量產階段
2.人員資歷認證及每週教育訓練,達成人員資質符合崗位要求
3.降低FQC&IPQC Loss率，並進���原因分析與改善。如SOP落實執行，降低低階錯誤,治工具及製程優化防呆推動,降低人員犯錯可能性
4.工單關結/生產/出貨-提升工單及異常單 3天內關結率,追蹤產能達成狀況,出貨達成，確保團隊目標達成
5.幹部/重點崗位離職率於HR管控目標內,組/班技能提升及人才培養
6.生產線巡檢稽，SOP問題點改善,產線作業動作合理及改善
7.VI不良圖片(案例)宣導, 防止過去不良再發
8.跨部門協作：與PE、QA、PD等部門合作，解決生產過程中的技術問題。
9.技術文件撰寫：撰寫並維護生產技術文件，如作業指導書、流程圖等。
確保技術檔的準確性與完整性，並定期更新。
