Job Description

1.成品仓储管理：
-负责成品的接收、存储、盘点及发货，确保库存准确性及货物安全。
-制定并执行仓储管理流程和政策，确保操作规范。
2.团队管理：
-管理仓储团队的日常工作，进行工作安排及绩效考核。
-执行团队培训，提高团队的工作技能和效率。
3.工作计划与协调：
-制定仓储工作计划，确保与生产、物流及销售部门的协调合作。
-参与跨部门会议，提供仓储管理的专业意见。
4.问题解决与流程优化：
-分析日常运营中的问题，提出改进方案并实施。
-进行风险评估，制定应急计划，预防问题再次发生。
5.库存管理与报告：
-定期进行库存盘点，确保帐实相符。
-提供库存报告，支持公司决策。
