About the role
As a Mortgage Loan Closer, you will prepare closing documents using the Loan Origination System (LOS) and ensure all documentation meets Federal and State compliance standards. You’ll review loan application packages for completeness, coordinate closings with loan originators and external partners, and confirm the accuracy of loan terms and conditions. This role has been categorized as an Office position. “Office” employees regularly work at the Zillow India office for approximately 80 to 100 percent of their time each month. Employees must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the office.
