Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Role Overview

As part of the Mahindra Auto Accessories team, the Manager – Marketplace will be responsible for driving the growth and performance of Accessories merchandise across leading online marketplaces. This role will manage end-to-end marketplace operations, including listings, promotions, seller account management, customer experience, and sales optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management

Manage Accessories business merchandise listings across Amazon, Flipkart, and other relevant marketplace platforms.

Ensure product catalogs are accurate, updated, and aligned with brand guidelines and platform requirements.

Product Listing & Content Optimization

Optimize product pages, descriptions, images, keywords, and content to improve discoverability and conversion rates.

Monitor listing health and implement best practices to enhance marketplace performance.

Seller Account & Customer Experience

Handle seller account management, compliance requirements, operational escalations, and platform coordination.

Manage returns, customer queries, ratings, and reviews to ensure a superior customer experience.

Marketplace Analytics & Performance Tracking

Track marketplace analytics, sales performance, conversion metrics, traffic, and category trends.

Generate insights and recommendations to improve assortment performance and revenue outcomes.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Coordinate with merchandising, supply chain, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure inventory availability and seamless execution.

Support new product launches and marketplace expansion initiatives.

Education Qualification

Experience & Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in marketplace management, e-commerce operations, or digital commerce roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
• Proven experience managing Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplace channels.
• Experience with marketplace reporting tools, seller dashboards, and performance analytics is preferred.
