About this role
Provide L2 production support for Murex MxML interfaces and workflows. Monitor inbound and outbound trade messaging processes. Support MxML Exchange workflows and interface configurations. Investigate workflow failures, message processing issues, and interface exceptions. Perform issue analysis and assist in implementing corrective actions. Support trade lifecycle processing activities including trade capture, confirmations, settlements, and event management.
