Road Freight Operator 
Naas 
Mon-Fri, 09.00-17.30, 37.5 hours

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Road Freight Operator to join our team in Naas. In this role, you play a key part in keeping supply chains running smoothly. You ensure cargo moves safely, efficiently, and on time — from origin to final destination. Your contribution keeps customers confident and operations moving. 

What will you be doing?

 

•    Manage the full transport process, from booking through to final delivery. 
•    Communicate with customers, internal teams, hauliers, and international partners to keep operations running smoothly. 
•    Coordinate transport, secure capacity, and negotiate rates when needed. 
•    Prepare transport documentation, invoices, and handle operational administration. 
•    Monitor shipments and resolve issues proactively. 
•    Ensure compliance with SLAs, SOPs, and regulatory requirements. 
•    Manage costs and support revenue and profitability targets. 

 

About you

•    Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. 
•    Confident communication and customer service approach. 
•    Ability to work independently and manage pressure. 
•    Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. Freight forwarding or transport experience is an advantage.
