Help deliver seamless network services by designing, provisioning, and supporting complex customer network deployments from initial design through to service activation.

We are looking for a Network Provisioning Engineer to join a highly collaborative team responsible for delivering high-quality IP networking services to both internal and external customers. This role plays a critical part in ensuring customer requirements are accurately translated into network solutions while maintaining service quality, operational efficiency, and an excellent customer experience throughout the deployment lifecycle.

About the Role

As a Network Provisioning Engineer, you will work closely with Engineering, Service Delivery, Operations, Project Management, and customer engineering teams to provision and support network services. You will be responsible for developing network solutions, maintaining engineering standards and documentation, troubleshooting service issues during activation, and ensuring successful service delivery from design through implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and modify network solutions while ensuring service integrity and an exceptional client experience.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Sales Engineering, and Project Management teams to support customer requirements and delivery objectives.
  • Create, maintain, and improve engineering processes, workflows, and technical documentation.
  • Support customers through service acceptance by troubleshooting throughput, routing, and other network-related issues to achieve timely resolution.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and external parties to ensure efficient use of resources and successful service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of organisational knowledge bases and technical documentation.
  • Represent the business in technical discussions with customers and stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain client service resource allocations.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Service Delivery, and Operations teams to support successful network deployments and ongoing service performance.

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience

  • Experience supporting a client's complete network deployment lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with customer engineering teams to ensure network requirements are understood, accurately documented, and successfully implemented.
  • Experience developing physical and logical network design solutions that follow engineering best practices.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills in English.
  • 1-2+ years of experience in a Network Provisioning, Network Design, Network Architecture, or Network Implementation role.
  • Experience with Juniper equipment including PTX, MX, QFX, ACX, and EX series.
  • Working knowledge of network services including DNS and DHCP.
  • Experience interfacing with peering providers and facility management teams.
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management best practices.
  • Understanding of MPLS, TCP/IP, VPN, BGP, QoS, and IP Telephony technologies.

Nice to have

  • Network certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, JNCIS, JNCIP, JNCIE, or equivalent certifications focused on modern networking technologies.
  • Experience in Telecommunications, Technology, or complex B2B services environments.

Hours / Travel / Shift

Normal Office Hours. Remote with flexibility to travel as and when required for customer/team meetings.
