About the role

Are you a highly organized operations professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys coordinating complex network activities? The NOC Change Manager plays a critical role in governing and coordinating planned and emergency network changes across the organization, ensuring operational excellence while minimizing customer impact.

You'll serve as the central coordination point between Engineering, Field Operations, Performance teams, Customer-facing teams, and the Network Operations Center (NOC). Your work will directly contribute to maintaining network stability, improving operational processes, and ensuring successful execution of change activities across a 24x7 environment.

*This role will have a fairly standard work schedule but will need to work off hours for major changes

What you’ll be doing

As a member of the Network Operations team, you'll be responsible for managing the change lifecycle, facilitating cross-functional coordination, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

Change Governance & Coordination

  • Own the NOC change lifecycle from intake through closure within the designated ITSM platform (e.g., ServiceNow).

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and executive-level reporting.
  • Produce regular reports on change volume, success rates, rollback frequency, and risk trends.
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of change management standards, processes, procedures, and tools.

What you’ll bring
