What you'll do
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Power Platform.
- Manage Microsoft 365 tenant administration, licensing, user lifecycle, and governance.
- Implement and support Microsoft security and compliance capabilities (Purview, DLP, etc.).
- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
- Manage identity and access using Microsoft Entra ID, including hybrid identity and MFA.
- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis in large-scale environments.

- Experience leveraging Microsoft Graph API and automation frameworks to support platform administration and reporting.
- Experience integrating Microsoft 365 services with Active Directory and hybrid identity environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills within large-scale Microsoft 365 environments.
