Summary:

Goldbelt APEX is looking for a NTC/Deployment Logistics SME.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

• Provide senior-level logistics planning and technical support for National Training Center (NTC) rotations.
• Support deployment and redeployment planning for WAARNG units.
• Develop tactical logistics estimates, movement tables, and deployment/redeployment support plans.
• Provide recommendations for staging, convoy routing, and line-haul schedules.
• Coordinate logistics requirements associated with movement of personnel, equipment, and materiel.
• Conduct pre-deployment asset reconciliations.
• Analyze GCSS-Army data to identify critical supply and maintenance readiness gaps.
• Assist units with tracking and expediting requisitions for NTC pacing items.
• Track identified readiness shortfalls through resolution or shipment.
• Support pre-NTC inventories and property accountability activities.
• Coordinate deployment logistics requirements with G4, Brigade S4, PBO, transportation, and supported units.
• Support redeployment and equipment accountability activities following NTC rotations.
• Prepare rotational logistics plans and other required deployment documentation.

Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of Army deployment and redeployment operations.
• Experience supporting large-scale brigade-level deployment operations.
• Knowledge of NTC rotational planning and logistics requirements.
• Experience developing movement tables, logistics estimates, and deployment support plans.
• Knowledge of staging, convoy operations, transportation, and line-haul planning.
• Strong understanding of Army equipment readiness and logistics synchronization.
• Working knowledge of GCSS-Army and property accountability.
• Ability to identify and track supply and maintenance readiness deficiencies.
• Strong planning, coordination, analytical, and communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of demonstrated technical proficiency in GCSS-Army logistics operations, force modernization, and large-scale brigade deployment operations.
• Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale Army deployment and/or redeployment operations.
• Active Secret security clearance required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Army National Guard force modernization experience.
• Previous experience supporting National Training Center (NTC) rotations.
• Brigade or higher-level S4/G4 logistics experience.
• Experience planning brigade-level deployment and redeployment operations.
• Experience with movement control, staging, convoy planning, and line-haul coordination.
• Army National Guard logistics experience.
• Ground maintenance and equipment readiness experience.
• Experience identifying and resolving maintenance and supply readiness deficiencies.
• Experience supporting pre-deployment equipment and property reconciliation.

 

Pay and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $100,000 annually.
