  • Apply relevant legislation and professional guidance, including the Care Act 2014, Safeguarding, Mental Capacity, DoLS and CHC.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes for residents.
  • Carry out visits to clients' homes, care homes and other community settings.

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Occupational Therapist to join the West Locality Adult Social Care Team, supporting adults aged 18+ to live safely and independently within their communities.

This is a rewarding opportunity to use your OT expertise to complete person-centred assessments, promote independence and help prevent, reduce or delay the need for formal care and support.

Important: Driving & Travel

A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this position.

You’ll be required to undertake regular visits to clients' homes, care homes and other community settings, alongside working from the Market Street office.

Working Pattern

This is a hybrid role, with:

  • 3 days per week in the Market Street office
  • Community visits as required
  • Regular travel to clients' homes, care homes and other relevant locations

Qualifications & Experience: 

  • Current registration as an Occupational Therapist.
