About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Grade 1 Occupational Therapists to join our dynamic Allied Health team at St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne. Across these positions, you will have the opportunity to work across acute and subacute inpatient settings, delivering high-quality, patient-centred care as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team. As a Grade 1 Occupational Therapist, you will build your clinical skills across assessment, intervention and discharge planning, supported by a structured supervision, education and rotation framework designed to develop your confidence, capability and career.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide patient-centred occupational therapy assessment and intervention across acute and subacute settings.

  • Contribute to comprehensive discharge planning and transition of care.

  • Work collaboratively with patients, families, carers and the multidisciplinary team.

  • Apply evidence-based practice to support safe, effective and high-quality patient care.
