Your new company
Our client is a well-established and growing organisation operating within the utilities and technical services sector. As part of ongoing growth and organisational development, they are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join their Cork-based team on a 14-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will join a close-knit administrative function that supports a wider team of operational staff, technicians and field-based engineers in a busy and collaborative environment.
Your new role
This is a varied and fast-paced administrative position that offers a mix of customer service, operational coordination and general office support. Working onsite as part of a busy team, you will be involved in supporting customers, colleagues, suppliers and managers while ensuring day-to-day administrative processes run efficiently.
A key aspect of the role involves handling customer enquiries by phone, email and in person. Customers regularly visit the office with service-related queries, and you will play an important role in ensuring they receive a professional and efficient experience. You will also be responsible for processing customer orders, preparing quotations, maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.
