- Communication & Support: Handle incoming and outgoing emails, manage phone calls, and respond to general office enquiries in a professional manner.
- Document Preparation: Prepare office documents, assist with processing incoming/outgoing invoices, and assist with expense claims.
- Scheduling & Travel: Coordinate schedules, arrange appointments, and assist with occasional travel arrangements.
- Ad-hoc Duties: Support the team with additional office projects and task cover as required.

We are currently recruiting an organised, reliable, and proactive Office Administrator to support our client on a 3-month temporary assignment.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy, professional team, hit the ground running, and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day administrative support, helping ensure the smooth operation of daily office procedures.
