- Perform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repairs on laboratory automation systems
- Execute factory acceptance testing, site acceptance testing, and equipment installation
- Conduct system upgrades, equipment qualification, and equipment validation
- Work with electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems using tools such as oscilloscopes, digital voltmeters, and micrometers
- Provide technical support, customer training, and accurate service documentation
- Manage inventory and apply problem-solving and analytical skills
