Building a portfolio career and need weekday flexibility? Rory is recruiting Out-of-Hours GPs for a London service where you can pick up well-paid weekend and evening work around your other commitments.

Key Details:
– Location: London
– Role: Out-of-Hours GP
– Rate: £90 per hour
– Availability: 3–5 days available, with flexibility
– Working pattern: Evenings, weekends and bank holidays, with a mix of remote triage and base shifts
– Patient workload: Telephone and video assessments, plus face-to-face appointments at the treatment centre
– Clinical system: SystmOne
– Start date: Onboarding now for upcoming rotas

Key Responsibilities:
– Remote clinical assessment of patients referred through NHS 111
– Face-to-face urgent consultations at the treatment centre
– Safe onward referral and clear handover to daytime or acute services
– Accurate, timely record-keeping on SystmOne

About the Opportunity:
You’ll get real variety here. Some shifts focus on remote triage and others on base consultations, so no two weeks feel the same. The service is well organised, with a senior clinician available for advice throughout and a coordination team that keeps patient flow manageable. The treatment centre has good public transport links, and because rotas are released well in advance, you can plan your other work with confidence.

Requirements:
– Full GMC registration with a licence to practise
– Inclusion on the NHS England Medical Performers List
– Right to work in the UK
– Appropriate medical indemnity cover
– Recent OOH or urgent care experience preferred
– Up-to-date compliance
