Shape the Future of People Experience at IDP
We're looking for an experienced Operating Model Lead to play a pivotal role in Project Fusion, one of IDP's most significant enterprise transformation initiatives.
This role will lead the design and implementation of the future-state PX operating model, ensuring organisational structures, governance, decision rights, service delivery models and ways of working are aligned and utilized as inputs for Oracle Fusion HCM implementation. You will act as the bridge between PX leaders, implementation partners and change management team, ensuring the future state is practical, sustainable and embraced by the organisation.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the end-to-end design of the future PX operating model
- Establish services ownership and responsibility splits across PX teams and roles
- Design PX organisational structure and roles
- Define engagement model for PX customers
- Develop governance frameworks, performance measures and accountability structures
- Partner closely with leaders, change and technology teams
- Drive adoption and operational readiness for go-live
- Support PX leaders through transition and organisational change
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience leading operating model design within large-scale transformation programs
- Experience within HR, PX or HCM transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of process governance and organisational design
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex environments
- Experience working with Oracle Fusion HCM or similar enterprise platforms
- A practical, outcomes-focused approach to change and transformation

While deep expertise is not required, candidates should be comfortable using Microsoft Copilot and open to incorporating AI-assisted tools into their everyday work.
