What you'll do
- Preparing TP file to internal customers.
- Standard cost maintenance and update for raw material and finished goods in QAD.
- Calculate actual cost of sales and prepare HFM actual AL2, ALAP, AL21 reports monthly.
- Prepare rolling forecast on sales and cost of sales.
- Support FM for financial analyses on sales and cost of sales.
- Inventories monitor, analysis and report to relevant manager.
- Prepare reconciliation report of inventory monthly.
- Support tax accountant for some tax reports preparation and delivery to tax bureau.
- Ensure all potential audit issues are mitigated in a timely fashion, maintain relationship with auditors throughout the year.
- APS work in finance department.
- ISO14001 & ISO18001 internal auditor in finance department.
- Digitalization work delivery & take lead digital projects related FN BP.

- Experience in preparing TP files for internal customers.
- Proficiency in standard cost maintenance and updates for raw materials and finished goods.
- Experience in calculating actual cost of sales and preparing financial reports (OS, AL2, ALAP, AL21).
- Ability to prepare rolling forecasts on sales and cost of sales.
- Experience in inventory monitoring, analysis, and reporting.
- Ability to prepare monthly inventory reconciliation reports.
- Experience in supporting tax report preparation and submission.
- Knowledge of audit risk mitigation and relationship management with auditors.
- Experience with APS work in a finance department.
- Certification or experience as an ISO14001 & ISO18001 internal auditor.
- Experience in driving digitalization projects within finance.
