About this role

About Northern Trust

As a global leader in innovative wealth management, asset servicing, asset management and banking services, Northern Trust (Nasdaq: NTRS) is proud to guide the world’s most successful individuals, families, corporations and institutions.

Since 1889, we have aligned our efforts with our three guiding Principles That Endure: Service, Expertise, and Integrity. Together, they reflect the three cornerstones of business conduct which we strive to instill in our employees, whom we call partners, and to provide to our clients and the communities we serve worldwide.

With more than 135 years of financial experience and over 24,000 partners, we serve the world’s most sophisticated clients using leading technology and exceptional service.

About The Role:

We are seeking a Senior Risk Analytics Specialist (P4 / VP) to support the Second Line of Defense (2LOD) in the evolution of non-financial risk analytics capabilities to better identify early warning signals, connect cross-cutting risk themes, and deliver real-time insights to leadership. This role is critical to that evolution, driving the development of dynamic, near real-time analytics and translating complex risk signals into concise, decision-ready narratives for senior management.

This is not a process-oriented role. It requires a deep understanding of how the business operates, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate complex data into compelling executive narratives. The individual will play a critical role in shaping how risk is identified, understood, and managed across the organization.

Last but not least, we are a team that lives Northern Trust’s values of cherishing and nourishing our diverse and inclusive culture, and we welcome you to help us further define and grow our community.
