If you're looking to take the next step in your leadership career and make a genuine impact across multiple remote communities, we have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager supporting a portfolio of villages across Queensland.

This Brisbane-based leadership role combines strategic oversight with regular site engagement, providing the opportunity to lead multiple operations while driving client satisfaction, financial performance, safety outcomes and people development.

Who are we looking for?

As the Operations Manager, you will provide leadership and support to a portfolio of Village Managers and Chef Managers across multiple sites. Reporting directly to the Account Manager, you will be accountable for operational performance, client relationships, safety, financial outcomes, workforce planning and continuous improvement initiatives across your region.

You will be a strong communicator and relationship builder, capable of balancing client expectations, business priorities and operational outcomes. Success in this role requires a calm and visible leadership style, strong commercial acumen and the ability to coach and develop leaders while driving accountability and performance.

This role is ideal for an experienced operations leader with a background in remote site services, hospitality, facilities management or a similar service-driven environment. You'll bring experience managing multiple locations, leading high-performing teams and delivering results in complex operational environments.
