Create contingency plans to minimize disruptions and ensure business continuity. Conduct root-cause analysis for recurring issues and develop long-term solutions. Operational Efficiency Identify and address bottlenecks in production processes. Implement lean manufacturing techniques to optimize workflows and minimize costs. Qualifications and Experience Education Bachelor’s degree, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field. Experience 5–10 years of experience in operations.
