What you'll do

  • Coordinating deployment and demo logistics: scheduling, travel, equipment, site access, and stakeholder communication. You’ll find ways to improve customer experience and optimize our existing processes.

  • 2–4 years of professional experience in GTM, consulting, or operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Political Science, Finance, Public Policy, or a related field that combines quantitative reasoning and communication skills.
  • Thrive in ambiguity: You identify problems and proactively solve them, take on projects without an initial playbook, and learn from other team members with humility.
  • Excellent written communication: You can move between a thirty-second video script and a formal submission to a federal regulator without changing the quality of the work.
  • Content creation experience: You understand what travels on X, LinkedIn, and Instagram, and you can produce it yourself.
  • Fluency in AI workflows: Modern tooling is a default part of how you work.
  • Customer first mindset: Excitement to engage directly with customers in the field and understand the unique operational challenges.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking an Operations & Marketing Associate to amplify our online presence, support customer deployments, and streamline internal operations. You will work cross-functionally across teams, and have the opportunity to interface directly with customers and public safety stakeholders. No two days will be the same, whether coordinating deployment logistics or supporting regulatory submissions. This is a high-ownership role at a fast moving company, and you’ll have real impact starting on Day 1.
