What you'll do

  • Brand channels. Manage content strategy for our brand and for two of our internal creators, across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. This will involve planning trends, handling posting, and overseeing growth across accounts.
  • TikTok Shop. Working alongside the team on how our OTC line shows up in TikTok Shop — organic content, Shop-native formats, and the affiliate/creator side of the platform.
  • Creator content. Managing the day-to-day of our existing creator program: overseeing the team that coordinates with influencers, and ensuring content strategy aligns with each platform.
  • Performance. Weekly and monthly reporting on what worked, what didn't, and what you're changing because of it.
  • Cross-functional coordination. You'll work closely with paid social, lifecycle/email, PR, and content so our channels have a congruent feel.

What they're looking for

  • 3–5 years running organic social for a brand, not just a personal or agency-side account. You've owned a calendar and a comment section.
  • Hands-on TikTok Shop experience — you've published Shop content, worked with Shop affiliates, or helped launch a brand there. This is a hard requirement, not a wishlist item.
  • Experience managing both brand accounts and creator/influencer accounts. You understand why they need different voices.
  • Genuine interest in health and beauty. You already follow this space. You have opinions about which brands are doing it well.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage concurrent content streams, multiple product lines, and creator deliverables within a documented system your colleagues can follow.
  • A self-directed working style well suited to a remote environment with significant autonomy and limited day-to-day oversight.
  • Strong short-form copywriting skills, with a natural, conversational voice appropriate to each platform.
  • Experience producing content within regulatory guidelines. As a provider of prescription medication, we hold our marketing to strict claim-substantiation and compliance standards.

Nice to have

  • Experience in telehealth, DTC healthcare, supplements, or beauty.
  • Content creation experience.
  • Paid social literacy — enough to know when an organic post should become an ad.
  • Experience building a creator or affiliate program from scratch.
