What you'll do
- PA support for all 4 Partners including arranging internal and external meetings and MS teams calls, liaising with clients and their Assistants
- Inbox management
- Booking travel arrangements
- Taking notes in meetings and circulating action points
- Processing expenses, raising bills and invoices
- Preparing and formatting documents and correspondence, producing reports in MS Word and Excel, creating tables in Word, setting up mail merges, and managing headers and footers on reports
- Producing PowerPoint presentations
- Proof reading
- Working with the company's Marketing team to produce tenders and pitch documents
- Covering other PAs during annual leave

- Have previously worked as a PA or Executive Assistant ideally within professional or financial services
- Be able to commit to a 9-month contract
- Have advanced MS Word skills - be able to do mail merge, table of content, headers and footers etc
- Excellent organisational, multi-tasking, prioritising and problem solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise at all levels
- Be able to maintain high levels of confidentiality and discretion at all times
- Be a great team player with a positive, “Can Do” flexible approach
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good MS Office skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

PA to 4 Partners required for highly successful, and growing professional services firm in the heart of the City.
- PA salary is £45,000 pro rata + fantastic benefits package + 25 days holiday.
- Hybrid/Flexi working with 2 days working in the office and 3 days working from home.
- Hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
