WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Represent Renewal by Andersen at community events, retail locations, home shows, and festivals
- Engage homeowners in friendly, confident conversations
- Educate customers on our products, promotions, and in-home consultation process
- Set qualified in-home consultation appointments
- Follow simple scripts and qualification guidelines
- Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed
- Accurately capture customer information using tablets or mobile systems

SCHEDULE & TIME COMMITMENT (IMPORTANT)

- Weekly hours will vary based on event schedules

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort initiating conversations with new people
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Availability to work as events and retail locations require
EXPERIENCE THAT HELPS (NOT REQUIRED)
- Events, brand ambassador, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience
- Sales or appointment-setting experience
- Comfort using tablets or mobile apps
