About this role

About us

Prodigi is an all-in-one platform designed to help businesses transform digital content into print on demand products. Since launching in 2014, we’ve grown fast, earning 14th place on the Sunday Times Virgin Atlantic Fast Track 100 list of the UK’s fastest-growing companies.

Today, we work with a worldwide network of 100+ production facilities (including four in-house sites), giving our customers the freedom to print their designs on almost any product, and ship it anywhere in the world.

Behind all of this is a team that cares deeply about quality, collaboration, and delivering a great experience for our customers.

The opportunity

We are seeking a commercially sharp, hands-on Supply Partnerships Manager to join our Global Networks team in Amsterdam, reporting to the Head of Networks. This is a pivotal role at the intersection of partner management, commercial strategy and operational performance.

Our global network of 100+ print partners is the backbone of how we deliver for some of the most demanding tech-first merchants in the world. As we scale, we need someone who can take real ownership of how that network performs day-to-day, lead partner conversations on quality and consistency, and drive the commercial work that keeps us profitable as we expand into new regions and product categories.

You will work closely with the Head of Networks on the most strategic accounts and decisions, and have the autonomy to own the day-to-day performance of our partner relationships outright. This is a role with genuine scope to grow.

Key responsibilities

Network expansion and onboarding

  • Identify network gaps by region, product category and customisation capability, and lead the work to fill them.

  • Source, evaluate and onboard new production partners including initial intro calls, commercial negotiation and capability assessment.

  • Map and document partner capabilities including ranges, lead times, branded packaging, inserts and personalisation options.

Commercial and pricing

  • Maintain pricing and shipping models across partners, carriers and regions.

  • Analyse routing and cost implications by country and product category.

  • Calculate pricing impact for key accounts and support commercial decisions on rate cards and renegotiations.

  • Support commercial benchmarking for new and existing partners to make sure we are getting the right deal.

  • Lead work to recover costs we are currently absorbing such as carrier surcharges and packaging mismatches.

  • Maintain internal documentation of partner pricing, agreements and commercial terms so we have a single source of truth.

Stakeholder and account support

  • Be a credible face for Prodigi to our partner network, attending meetings in person where it matters.

  • Support account managers with partner-side context for key merchant conversations.

  • Collaborate closely with Customer Experience, Production, Sales and Engineering to keep priorities aligned.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal tools and models that support global network scalability.

Required experience and skills

  • 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in print, manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, e-commerce operations or partner management

  • Fluent English (written and spoken) with the confidence to hold your own with senior partners, lawyers and merchant stakeholders

  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to move from a pricing spreadsheet to a partner negotiation in the same afternoon

  • Confident with data and advanced in Excel or Google Sheets, able to turn numbers into a clear commercial story

  • High degree of familiarity with AI tools and models, or a strong willingness to embrace them as part of how you work every day

  • Organised and self-directing, able to run multiple workstreams without being micromanaged

  • A positive, entrepreneurial mindset, with a willingness to lean in rather than wait to be told

  • Based in or willing to relocate to Amsterdam, with comfort attending partner and customer meetings in person

Desirable

  • Background in print-on-demand, manufacturing-as-a-service or another partner-network business model

  • Experience leading commercial negotiations or partner escalations directly with supplier leadership

  • Familiarity with shipping carriers, routing logic or pricing model design

  • Working proficiency in Dutch, German or another European language

  • Exposure to BI tooling, dashboards or SQL for self-service analytics

What we offer

  • Join a senior team of 10 in our Amsterdam office, with real autonomy and visibility across the wider Prodigi group

  • Competitive salary in the range of €55k–€65k, plus the statutory 8% holiday allowance

  • 27 days holiday per year, plus 2 company-allocated days

  • Pension scheme with employer contribution

  • 30% ruling support for eligible international hires

  • Hybrid working — 3 days in the office, 2 from home — with flexible start times between 8:00 and 10:00

  • Full commuting reimbursement (NS Business Card or equivalent) (from 10 km travel and above)

  • Company laptop

  • Equal opportunity employer — we value and actively build a diverse, inclusive team

Location

This role is a hybrid role based in Amsterdam. 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.
