We are looking for a highly motivated Patient Services Manager to lead and develop our patient dining service atChesterfield Royal Hospital. In this key leadership role, you will oversee a large, diverse team, manage operational and financial performance, and ensure the delivery of safe, high quality catering services that support patient wellbeing. Working closely with the General Manager, clinical stakeholders and wider hospital teams, you will drive service excellence, maintain the highest standards of food safety and compliance, and continuously enhance the patient dining experience through innovation, engagement and strong people leadership.This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially aware and customer focused manager with proven experience in catering operations, budget management and team development, ideally within a healthcare or complex service environment.
