What you'll do

  • Process earnings, overtime, deductions, taxes, garnishments, off-cycle payments, fringe benefits, relocation expenses, and other payroll adjustments.
  • Review and audit payroll data to support accurate and timely processing.
  • Maintain payroll records and documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Administer garnishments, tax levies, child support orders, tax jurisdictions, and other payroll compliance activities.
  • Prepare payroll reports, reconcile deductions, and support vendor funding, government reporting, audits, and compliance reviews.
  • Support testing, enhancements, and implementations involving Workday and related payroll systems.
  • Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes, controls, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Research and resolve payroll inquiries involving pay, taxes, deductions, and other payroll matters.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external clients while maintaining confidentiality and professional judgment.
  • Participate in team training, departmental initiatives, special projects, and cross-functional efforts supporting operational excellence.

Summary:

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $51,900.00 to $87,900.00.
