Job Title: Payroll Consultant

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Consultant to join our Finance - VK department. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience in payroll management and possess a strong understanding of financial processes. The Payroll Consultant will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for our organization, while adhering to all legal and regulatory requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Process payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in accordance with company policies and procedures.

- Maintain and update employee payroll records, including deductions, bonuses, and overtime.

- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information is reflected in the payroll system.

- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management, providing insights and analysis on payroll data.

- Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll regulations and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.

- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and tax-related matters.

- Assist in the preparation of payroll budgets and forecasts.

- Collaborate with external vendors and auditors to ensure accurate and timely completion of payroll-related tasks.

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of payroll operations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- 2-3 years of experience in payroll management or a similar role.

- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and labor laws.

- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office Suite.

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
