Job Description:

Payroll Officer

Salary: Competitive and dependent on skills, experience and qualifications
Location: Prestwick, Ayrshire
Hours: 37 hours per week (half-day Friday)
Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Number of Vacancies: 2
Travel Required: Occasional
Work Location: Primarily site-based

From our Prestwick site, we manufacture major aircraft wing structures used on Airbus commercial aircraft worldwide. We are looking for two Payroll Officers to join our Human Resources team and support the delivery of payroll and workforce management services across the business.

As a Payroll Officer, you will help ensure that payroll is delivered accurately, compliantly and on time for approximately 1,300 employees. You will act as a key point of contact for payroll and workforce management queries, supporting managers and employees while maintaining high standards of data integrity, compliance and service delivery.

You will also contribute to payroll system improvements, audits and process enhancements that support operational performance and employee experience.

How You Will Contribute to the Team

You will:
