At Ecolab, we're committed to helping our customers achieve cleaner, safer and healthier operations. We're currently seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join our collaborative payroll team on a 12-month fixed term contract covering a parental leave period.

This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional with strong New Zealand payroll experience and hands-on MicroPay expertise to take ownership of end-to-end payroll processing across New Zealand and Fiji.

About the Role

Reporting into the Payroll Manager and working within a close-knit team of four, you'll be responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of payroll services across multiple pay cycles and jurisdictions. The role supports approximately 250 employees across New Zealand and Fiji and offers exposure to a range of payroll, reporting and compliance activities.

An immediate start is preferred to allow for a comprehensive handover before the incumbent commences parental leave.

Key Responsibilities

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Proven end-to-end New Zealand payroll experience
