  • Handle payroll-related functions with confidentiality and uphold the highest ethical standards
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and FERPA regulations
  • Assist business office to perform other duties that may include data entry, reporting, compliance, and bookkeeping

SUMMARY:

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am - 4:30pm
  • Location: CCRES, 690 Stockton Drive, Exton, PA
  • Salary Range: $61,600 - $64,600 (based on years of experience)

Requirements

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or related area - preferred

EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's Degree: 3 years of payroll experience
  • Associate's Degree: 4-5 years of payroll experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent: 5-7 years of payroll experience
  • Proficiency with excel and payroll systems

CREDENTIALS:

(Clearances current within 12 months)

  • PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance
  • PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance
  • PA Department of Education FBI
  • Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcripts
