Your new company

An established and highly reputable professional services organisation based in West Yorkshire is looking to appoint an experienced Payroll Senior to join its growing payroll team. Supporting a varied portfolio of clients across multiple sectors, the business offers a collaborative working environment, flexible working arrangements and genuine opportunities for career progression.

Your new role

As Payroll Senior, you will be responsible for managing multiple client payrolls from start to finish, ensuring accurate and compliant processing while delivering an excellent service to clients.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing weekly, monthly and annual payrolls for a portfolio of clients

  • Managing auto-enrolment pension administration

  • Processing payroll benefits and supporting year-end activities

  • Preparing and submitting P11Ds

  • Submitting Real Time Information (RTI) to HMRC

  • Handling payroll queries and resolving payroll-related issues

  • Processing BACS payments

  • Maintaining accurate payroll records and client information
